French Culinary Arts Committee

The FMCC French Culinary Arts Committee aims to heighten awareness of French food and beverage in Macau by focusing on French regions and culinary styles, working with the HK based French Trade Commissioner to link food producers and chefs with Macau and orchestrating with suppliers and French producers the liaison to venues and resorts to create events.

Activities

On October 18, we journeyed through time and tasted history with FMCC French Culinary Arts Committee Event “French Cuisine Treasures: The Cassoulet“!

Together, we savored the rich flavors of Cassoulet, a dish that's not just food but a story from 1355, born in Castelnaudary during the tumultuous times of the Hundred Years War.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16, Classic Fine Foods Hong Kong & Macau, East Meets West Fine Wines!

We look forward to more French gastronomic adventures with you in the future! 🥂🇫🇷
