FMCC x Macao Startup Club – Startup Mentorship Program 2025

FMCC is pleased to partner with the Macao Startup Club for the Startup Mentorship Program 2025—a meaningful initiative designed to support 15 university students and aspiring entrepreneurs in Macau. The program aims to equip participants with essential skills in business modelling, marketing, and pitching, while fostering valuable connections between experienced professionals (FMCC members) and the next generation of innovators.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬
Running from 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 5 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 14, 2025, the program includes structured workshops, flexible mentoring sessions, and a final presentation event. Mentees will be guided to align their ideas with market needs using tools such as the Business Model Canvas and gain confidence to pitch to potential investors.

One of the key strengths of this program is the 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 it offers. Mentors not only share industry expertise but also gain valuable insights from the perspectives and creativity of the younger generation.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
· Orientation Day (Jul 5, 10:00–12:00): Mentor-mentee introductions, program overview, and expert panel discussion.
· Workshops (Jul 12 & 19, 10:00–12:00): Topics include business modeling and pitch preparation. This is optional for the mentors, who are welcome to join.
· Flexible Mentoring: Regular 30-minute one-on-one sessions scheduled to suit your availability.
· Graduate Party (Sep 13): Closing ceremony with certificates, networking, and internship connections.

· Inspire and guide young talent to develop impactful, real-world businesses.

· Support FMCC’s mission to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth across Macau and the Greater Bay Area.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
We are seeking 8 FMCC members to serve as mentors for this impactful program. Each mentor will guide 2–3 mentees, contributing a total of 6–10 hours over the course of the program.
