The Macau ESG Awards 2026 - Applications Now Open [Free Entry]

Building on the success of previous editions, the FMCC is thrilled to present the 4th edition of the Macau ESG Awards. |
延續歷屆活動所取得的成果，FMCC正式啟動第四屆澳門ESG大獎。

Launched by FMCC in 2023, the Awards recognise outstanding leadership in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices across three distinct categories: Best Project, Best SME, and Best NGO. We invite you to stand with us in honouring the organisations driving real change through sustainable and responsible business practices. The Awards give your organisation a platform to showcase ESG leadership and connect with peers across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.  Please scroll down for full details, and help us spread the word. 本獎項由FMCC於2023年設立，設三個評選類別：最佳項目、最佳中小企、最佳非政府組織，用以表彰在環境、社會及管治（ESG）實務方面表現突出、具領導示範作用的機構。誠邀各界與我們一同肯定那些憑藉可持續、負責任的營運模式，推動實質正向改變的機構。本獎項可為貴機構提供平台，展示自身在ESG方面的領導實踐，並與大灣區及其他地區的同業建立聯繫。詳細內容請見下文，歡迎協助轉發。報名毋須收費。期待各位參與！

• Applications open until: 30 September 2026
• Eligibility: Open to Macau or Hengqin-registered companies.
• Sponsorship opportunities: Welcome until 30 September 2026.
• Winners announced: 30 October 2026, during the FMCC Charity Gala Dinner at the MGM Macau Grand Ballroom.

Application Conditions |申請條件

• [Best Project]: Company or organisation registered in Macau or Hengqin. Submission should focus on one specific project.  
• [Best SME]: Company registered in Macau or Hengqin. Less than 100 employees.
• [Best NGO]: NGO registered in Macau or Hengqin for at least two years.

Application Deadline: 30 September, 2026

Criteria for Evaluation | 評審準則
 

Applications will be assessed by an independent panel of jurors on the following criteria:

Best Project: | 最佳項目：

• Submission should detail a single specific project that demonstrates a significant positive impact in ESG aspects;
• Uses innovative approaches, technologies, or practices to address sustainability challenges;  
• Shows measurable outcomes and achievements in ESG performance;
• Promotes long-term sustainability and responsible resource management;
• Engages with stakeholders and the local community to address specific needs and challenges;
• Aligns with Macau's sustainable development goals;
• Demonstrates scalability or potential for replication. 
   
• 申請須詳述單一特定項目，並說明該項目在ESG範疇帶來顯著正面影響；
• 採用創新方法、技術或營運方式，應對可持續發展面臨的挑
• ESG方面的成效與成果可以量化；
• 推動長遠可持續發展及負責任的資源管理；
• 聯繫持份者與當地社區，回應實際需求及面對的問題；
• 符合澳門可持續發展目標；
• 具備規模擴展或可供複製的潛力。

Best SME: | 最佳中小企：

• Implements sustainable business practices that demonstrate focus on environmental, social, and/or governance impacts;
• Upholds a commitment to outstanding ethical conduct and responsible governance within Macau;
• Promotes employee well-being and fosters a positive work environment;
• Contributes to the local economy and supports the growth of the business community;
• Actively contributes to the community with new initiatives and demonstrates social responsibility;
• Integrates ESG into core business strategy;
• Tracks and reports ESG performance or KPIs. 
   
• 推行可持續的營運模式，重視環境、社會及／或管治層面的影響；
• 在澳門堅持良好操守，落實負責任的機構管治；
• 關顧員工福祉，營造良好的工作環境；
• 為本地經濟作出貢獻，支持業界發展；
• 透過新計劃回饋社區，體現社會責任；
• 將ESG納入機構核心營運策略；
• 追蹤及提交ESG表現或關鍵績效指標（KPI）相關資料。

Best NGO: | 最佳非政府組織：

• Addresses specific environmental or social challenges effectively through their initiatives;
• Demonstrates transparency, accountability, and good governance practices;
• Collaborates with stakeholders and actively engages in partnerships to achieve their mission;
• Shows a track record of measurable impact and lasting success in their focus areas;
• Enhances the well-being and development of the local community;
• Introduces creative or effective approaches in program design and implementation;
• Shows flexibility and strong problem-solving in response to challenges or change. 
   
• 透過各項計劃，有效應對特定的環境或社會議題；
• 做到運作透明、問責到位，並具備完善的管治機制；
• 與持份者合作，積極建立夥伴關係以達成機構目標；
• 在其工作領域內，擁有可量化的影響成果及長期良好的服務記錄

• 在項目設計及執行上，運用富創意或行之有效的方式；
