Speaker's Bio:
Mr. Cédric R. G. Thiry is Founder, CEO and CTO of EmTDLab, a deep-tech company specializing in AI-powered radiation shielding solutions for space, energy and healthcare applications. With dual Master's degrees in Economics and Commercial Engineering from UCLouvain complemented by aerospace engineering training, his career spans executive leadership at multinational Umicore to founding strategic advisory firm SEED before establishing EmTDLab in 2018.
Today, Mr. Thiry leads EmTDLab's Luxembourg R&D center and Hong Kong operations, developing advanced protection systems while fostering Europe-Asia technology collaborations. His work exemplifies the commercialization of space technologies through the Greater Bay Area's innovation ecosystem.
