Following the launch of island-wide special customs operations in the Hainan Free Trade Port on 18 December 2025, new opportunities are emerging for businesses expanding in China. Enhanced zero-tariff policies, simplified trade procedures, and preferential corporate and individual tax regimes are positioning Hainan as one of China’s most open and business-friendly zones, and a strategic gateway under the country’s dual-circulation strategy.

At this FMCC Breakfast Rendez-Vous, Ms. Rebecca Wong, Tax and Business Advisory South China Markets Leader at PwC China, will share the latest policy updates, highlight emerging business opportunities, and provide practical insights for companies considering setting up or expanding operations in Hainan.

This timely session offers valuable perspectives on how Hainan FTP can support growth strategies in China and the Greater Bay Area.
